APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is a very healthy and tasty soft drink. We can prepare it in the following steps. Whole apples are an extremely healthy food, but apple juice has pros and cons. When apples are juiced, their hydrating quality is maximized, and some plant compounds are retained.
However, juicing reduces other benefits of whole apples, including fiber and the ability to satisfy hunger.
Process to make
At first apples are bought from market. Next rotten apples are removed. Then apples are washed with water. After that good apples are cut into pieces with a knife and boiled into a container. Then the apple juice is extracted from the boiled apples through a sieve. Next a certain quantity of sugar and chemicals are added with the extracted apple juice. Then the mixture is mixed with a spoon. Now the apple juice is ready. Now apple juice is put into sterilised bottles. Then bottles are sealed and labelled. At last bottles are despatched to market for sale.
